LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Three comedians have reportedly been tapped as the latest additions to the "Saturday Night Live" cast.
Paul Brittain, Vanessa Bayer and Taran Killam will reportedly join the 36th season of the famous comedy show, according to The Comics Comic.

All three of the comedians come from an improv comedy background -- Brittain and Bayer reportedly perform with iO Chicago formerly Improv Olympic, while Killam hails from LA-based troupe The Groundlings.
iO founder Charna Halpern also reportedly confirmed the casting of Brittain and Bayer to The Chicago Tribune.

"How I Met Your Mother" fans may recognize Killam from his recurring role as Blauman on the CBS hit show.
He has also appeared in multiple episodes of "Scrubs."
The new comes just one day after "SNL" veteran Will Forte announced he was leaving the show.
When contacted by Access Hollywood, a rep for "SNL" had no comment on the report.
